Summertime Saga is a story-driven dating and adventure game set in a small suburban town. The story follows a young man whose life is turned upside down after the sudden death of his father.
His father's death leaves behind more than grief. The family is also left with a large debt and questions about what really happened. While dealing with his new responsibilities, the protagonist returns to school and begins looking for answers about his father's past.
As you explore the town, you can meet new characters, take on quests, earn money, improve your skills, and unlock new areas and storylines. Each character has their own personality, problems, and goals, creating a wide range of interconnected stories to discover.
The mystery surrounding his father's death remains at the heart of the game, but everyday life continues around it. School, part-time jobs, friendships, family problems, and relationships all become part of the journey.
